Yoga is a fantastic way for kids to learn to understand their bodies and minds, and a great opportunity for them to learn useful techniques for managing stress and their emotions.
In our KIDS YOGA! classes, your child will experience yoga asana (postures) in a fun and playful way, learn yogic breathing techniques, have time for crafting, and be provided with a healthy, plant-based snack.

Spring "Cleaning" DetoxSaturday April 5th from 12:30pm - 3:00pm
Just as our homes can use a good cleaning, decluttering, and refreshing come Spring time, so too can our bodies benefit from a Spring Clean.
This Spring "Cleaning" Detox practice will begin with a discussion of yogic detoxing, followed by a detoxifying vinyasa yoga practice. We'll then sample some detoxifying juices and teas, followed by a restorative yoga practice to support the detox process.
