Located in historic downtown Jeffersonville in the old Le Rose Theater building, our 1000 square foot facility is the perfect setting for you to explore and learn to expand and strengthen your mind and body.

    Share the gift of yoga with your little ones in this Not Too Spooky Halloween version of Kids Yoga. Yoga is a fantastic way for kids to learn to understand their bodies and minds, and a great opportunity for them to learn useful techniques for managing stress and their emotions.

    In our KIDS YOGA! classes, your child will experience yoga asana (postures) in a fun and playful way, learn yogic breathing techniques, have time for crafting, and be provided with a healthy, plant-based snack.

    KIDS YOGA! is for children ages 5-10.

  • Second Saturday Inspiring Asana Clinic

    Saturday November 8th from 2:00pm - 4:30pm

    Join Kari as she leads students into the fine art of intuitive sequencing known as Vinyasa Krama. Collective questions about Yoga postures, philosophy and personal health will generate the series for the afternoon, with each monthly session progressing to a deeper embodiment of Yoga in all its forms. Slow and conscious scrutiny of foundation postures, along with CranioSacral anatomy, will offer new perceptions to inspire practice in any Yogic discipline.
