Join Kari as she leads students into the fine art of intuitive sequencing known as Vinyasa Krama. Collective questions about Yoga postures, philosophy and personal health will generate the series for the afternoon, with each monthly session progressing to a deeper embodiment of Yoga in all its forms. Slow and conscious scrutiny of foundation postures, along with CranioSacral anatomy, will offer new perceptions to inspire practice in any Yogic discipline.

Share the gift of yoga with your little ones in this Not Too Spooky Halloween version of Kids Yoga. Yoga is a fantastic way for kids to learn to understand their bodies and minds, and a great opportunity for them to learn useful techniques for managing stress and their emotions.
In our KIDS YOGA! classes, your child will experience yoga asana (postures) in a fun and playful way, learn yogic breathing techniques, have time for crafting, and be provided with a healthy, plant-based snack.
KIDS YOGA! is for children ages 5-10.
Yoga Nidra - Sleep of the YogiSunday January 25th 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Yoga Nidra, the sleep of the yogi, is an opportunity for you to rest and rejuvenate your entire being. As we transition from the more active summer months to the more slow and inwardly focused fall and winter, this is a special opportunity to set intentions for the inner work of the winter ahead. In this special one hour practice you will be lead through a series of guided meditations and imagery to bring your body and mind into a state of complete relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is practiced while laying on your mat in a supported Savasana. Please bring any pillows, blankets, and props from home that will make you more comfortable.
This February Inner Spring Yoga is turning TWO!Wednesday February 4th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm
On Wednesday, February 4th we invite you to join us for a special all-levels Vinyasa/Yin Yoga class with Inner Spring Yoga owner and instructor Carrie Klaus.
This special practice will begin at 6:00pm and will be followed by a small celebration and satsang (a coming together of like minded seekers of truth).
